DRINKING WATER POLICIES:-

                        IF YOU WANT TO MAINTAIN YOUR GOOD HEALTH YOU WANT TO FOLLOWING THESE STEPS IN A REGULAR BASIS.
  1. DRINK A CUP OF LITE HOT WATER AFTER THE WAKE UP FROM SLEEP IN THE MORNING (BEFORE BRUSHING).
  2. IF YOU WANT TO REDUCE YOUR WEIGHT, DRINK WATER BEFORE EATING.OTHERWISE YOU DON'T DRINK WATER BEFORE 1 HOUR OF EATING.
  3. INTERMEDIATE OF EATING YOU DON'T DRINK WATER. IF ANY EMERGENCY THEN ONLY YOU DRINK WATER.
  4. AFTER THE EATING YOU DON'T DRINK WATER IN 1 HOUR.
  5. OTHERWISE WHENEVER WATER IS REQUIRED YOU DRINK IT.
  6. COLD WATER IS NOT GOOD FOR HEALTH.
  7. NORMAL WATER AND LITE HOT WATER ONLY BEST FOR HEALTH.
  8. IF YOUR HAVING STONE IN KIDNEY YOU MUST DRINK MORE WATER.
  9. WATER IS CLEAN OUR BODY.
  10. IF YOUR URINE IS COME IN YELLOW COLOR YOU MUST DRINK MORE WATER.
  11. IF YOUR URINE IS COME IN WHITE COLOR YOU DRINK WHATEVER YOU DRINK DAILY. 
  • WITH OUT WATER THE WORLD CANNOT BE RUN.
  • DRINKING WATER IN THE MORNING IT WILL INCREASE THE ACTIVITY OF INTERIOR PARTS OF THE BODY
  • YOU LIVE WITHOUT FOOD AT ABOVE 15 DAYS.BUT YOU CAN'T LIVE IN ONE DAY WITHOUT WATER.
